Our Lady’s Building Project
Currently, Our Lady’s building is at the center of our mission. It houses Amazing Grace Books & Gifts, the offices for Gospa Missions and Abode for Children, and a grotto for Our Lady. We also utilize the space for prayer and gatherings. We would eventually like to add a chapel to the building, but at the moment, we must address the following safety issues:
The soffits on the main building have deteriorated, causing structural damage and a safety hazard.
Pigeons have moved in through the deteriorating soffits, causing even more damage and hygiene concerns.
The roof on the chapel is leaking and the holes in the soffits and walls are allowing other animals to enter, causing more damage to our future chapel.

We have prayerfully discerned that these are the urgent needs that must be addressed for the future of our mission. We humbly ask you to help us so that we can afford these extensive repairs, avoid possible building fines, and provide a safe space for our staff and volunteers to continue the work that is leading souls to Our Lord through Our Lady’s Mission.
We have a four-phase plan for restoring Our Lady’s Building.
Phases One and Two are urgent needs, while Phases Three and Four are our vision for the future.
In prayer, God led us to a general contractor who gave us a rough estimate of the cost for each phase. These numbers are not final, but they give us a good idea of what we need.
Phase One: Main Building: $90,000
Remove the pigeons and other animals humanely • Remove all damaged insulation and sanitize the entire attic area • Replace broken louvers, install roof / attic access, and replace the soffits and fascia.
Phase Two: Chapel Building: $65,000
Replace the entire roof of the chapel • Seal up holes in the soffits, walls and replace existing doors. • Replace the deteriorating handicap ramp and porch
Phase Three: $75,000
Finish the interior chapel walls, ceiling, flooring, sacristy, sanctuary, and electrical, and HVAC system
Phase Four: $12,000
Complete the interior of the chapel by installing the altar, statues, sacristy, vestments, pews, and altar rails.
It is only through your generous support that we can accomplish these repairs and save Our Lady’s Building, which plays a vital role in our work. Thank you so much for all of the donations and prayers you have shared with us in the past. Please give today, and continue to keep us in your prayers.
